This potential source of renewable offshore energy is a huge opportunity for Scotland. The project is capable of generating 100MW of power, which is enough to provide for half of Aberdeen's homes. Donald Trump is angered that the offshore turbines will ruin the view from his resort, which overlooks the North Sea several kilometers North of the wind farm site. The billionaire threatened to attack the wind turbine project in court, using "every legal means" to defeat it.
